I love Dr. Parker. He is thorough and took his time with me. I’ve had a TBI and he took that into consideration. Everyone from the front door to checkout was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. Thank you for talking such good care of me.
As a new patient of Advanced I’m very disappointed in the time frame of my glasses . I ordered my glasses before the Christmas holiday and they said it would be a little bit after the new year. January 15 and I still don’t have glasses. I will say the doctor was amazing but next year I probably won’t go back because when you order glasses it’s because you’re having a hard time seeing . Kind of disappointing because a coworker recommended them and again Dr Anderson was amazing, but there is several other eyecare places that will have your glasses in either one day or less than a week for alot cheaper . I hope I don’t have issues with them once they arrive . Fingers crossed.
Melanie Thompson and her staff were amazing. From the time we entered the office to the time we left was a great experience. Melanie was very thorough and explained our options. We felt like she took time with us to know what we needed. Would definitely recommend if you need a great place to get your eyes checked and feel comfortable.
I contacted Advanced Eye Care just 15 minutes before closing, in urgent need of an optometrist. My eye was red, swollen, extremely painful, sensitive to light, and I could not open it. With an important day coming up in just two days, I was especially anxious to be seen. I called for advice if I should just go to an urgent care or wait until tomorrow to be seen. Although the doctor had already left for the day, the receptionist kindly assured me she would reach out to him and follow up promptly. Within less than five minutes, she returned my call and instructed me to come to the office right away. Dr. Thomas personally met me there after hours, evaluated my condition, and provided the care I needed. The entire staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely concerned about my well-being. They also ensured I had a follow-up appointment, which I truly appreciated. I am incredibly grateful for the professionalism, compassion, and dedication demonstrated by this office. Their willingness to go above and beyond for their patients—even after hours—speaks volumes about their integrity and commitment to quality care. Thank you, Dr. Thomas and your staff. I highly recommend Advanced Eye Care to anyone in need of exceptional service.
Dr. Hawkins is the BEST eye doctor I have ever visited. I've been a patient for many years. She truly cares for her patients and she is very knowledgeable. She is so personable and always is a pleasure to see! We are so blessed that she has a practice in Amarillo! Thank you Dr. Hawkins!
