Appreciate they are still open late a few hours after I'm off work so I can get a new prescription. Other places already closed. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Problem was it took two hours to get done due to short staff waiting on one client at each station. Things take time, be patient with other walk-ins. Had to go a second time to order the and frames just because I stayed too long. Making an appointment seems non-existent. Somehow I ordered frames, a week later brought in a second set of frames when I picked up contacts. Gave me my pickup order, made me wait around another hour to simply drop off /order the second frames with another employee...weeks later they were both ready together at the second frames later date, thus they must have forgotten to send off my first set of frames. I'd go back since very professional staff. Just expect to wait in walk-in lines. Hire 1-2 more employees for busy evenings.

Called, was told over the phone $79 dollars for the two pairs of glasses plus the exam. Went in and verified the price while doing paperwork, was then told the eye exam was 39.99 and the frames were 2 for $79. After being seen was told we couldn't get glasses and was referred to a specialist ended up paying $119 for the exam. Was charged $79 for the eye exam then charged $39 for them to tell us his eyes were dry?? Left his eyes red, dry and itchy walking out with no RX and $119 short. Just be aware, the prices ARE NOT what they say.

I was extremely disappointed with the way everything was handled. When I walked in I’m told to go to a white desk and points okay I figured it out it’s in the back. The only person who was friendly was the girl who checked me in. When I went into the pre exam the woman Maddie was not kind or helpful. She explained nothing about the tests and when I was having to retake the exams 4 or 5 times because she was on her phone scrolling social media which I watched with my eyes. From the time my pre exams started to the end she was on that phone and she seemed extremely frustrated with me but I continued to ask questions because my eyesight is extremely important to me! Then come to find out it’s not even the “doctor” who does the actual lenses exam it’s the Maddie woman. During the lenses exams she was flying through them and everytime I would ask for a redo on the 1and 2 she would sigh heavily again. She made me feel very uncomfortable to ask anything and she didn’t tell me a thing about my eyes. I don’t understand no one even looked at my eyes but apparently I have all these expensive recommendations with no explanation so I’m very afraid that the lenses aren’t correct for my vision! I’ll never be back to this location as I feel the “doctor” guy in white coat who kisses certain customers on the cheeks and skips me to handle “high profile “ customers who were behind me in line do not deserve my money. I’ve never been to a more unprofessional unpleasant eye place in my life. I only have it 2 stars because of the first woman who checked me in she was very kind very friendly. My copay was only supposed to be $25 but the guy in the white coat said because I was going online to buy my glasses (I was not giving this place anymore of my money) that I had to pay $79 and he went over to the wall picked out one yellow sticker glasses and one blue sticker glasses when the wall states “2 pair of glasses for $79 blue tag” so I am confused why he chose a yellow sticker and then made ME pay for that. I told him to donate the 2 pairs to the elderly or to children and I feel he took advantage of my kindness. I spoke with my insurance and I was ONLY supposed to pay $25 so again just another untrustworthy reason not to return. I have never left a review but the experience I had on 7-18-26 was awful and truly disappointing experience especially dealing with something as important as eyesight.

I was not impressed at all. Did an eye exam and ordered contacts. They also did a dry eye exam that I didnt ask for but still had to pay for. So I went in to get my contacts. Trials came in but not the order. I live 2 hrs away. That's not even the kicker. Like everyone else I never seen an eye doctor. Tried on my contacts and im glad I did before I left because I couldn't see with my left eye. I seen better without the contact. Everything was blurry. The girl said wear them for a week to get used to them and come back. Um no...it shouldn't be blurry I should at least be able to see. So I got a refund. After they charged me for a bad eye exam and a dry eye exam I didnt ask for I got 200 of my 350 back. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Eye exam was great. Make sure you look at the 2 for $79 glasses before you get the exam otherwise you’ll be surprised. I didn’t purchase the initial day because the selection wasn’t that good. The young lady that helped me was so helpful once she found out I was spending $500. I went back the next day take another look at the 2 for $79 glasses and was helped by Justin. He was very helpful, however didn’t understand why I couldn’t use my own frames without it being $200. None the less was informed that I had to pay another $79 to get the glasses that I found. Once I get my glasses, I will not rerun.
