It was a really good overall experience. The young lady that did the initial examination was really good. She took a lot of time to be sure that she had all the information that would help the doctor finalize my treatment. Dr. Ackerman was very thorough helping me understand the treatment that was necessary. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful as well.

I really liked the optometrist Dr Amira. My issue is with the cost. I paid my $100 copay and then when I left they said I owed an additional $180 for services that were not covered by my insurance. They never notified me that any of my testing wouldn't be covered by insurance. It would have been nice to know ahead of time. When I said something at checkout the lady just said well you signed the financial responsibility form... A heads up would have been nice.
I’m extremely satisfied with the care and service that I received from Dr Israel Ackerman. He went above and beyond in the care that he gave me each time I visited for my cataract surgery. All staff that assisted me were very pleasant and professional. They all were very helpful, and made me feel totally at ease.
Had eye checked after accidental indirect laser exposure. They did the full exam and luckily all was just fine. Team was very nice and the specalist was also very nice and answered all my questions.
