My daughter and I went for an eye exam and the Dr. who performed the eye exam on us used numbing drops when we asked him not to. He was grim and smug while explaining us worst case scenarios about our eyes, and then told us that it may not happen, but it could happen. Including telling me that He might have to “boot” me out of there to another eye doctor, who would have to “poke” my eye to release pressure from my eye. We both left feeling uncomfortable and a little anxious. he told us that the reason we didn’t know much about our eyes is because we’ve been to a dock in the box and they’re not real doctors.

I had appointment with Dr. Ball and he was amazing doctor. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate the problem and made sure I ended up with best possible prescription. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Ball for years, since I remember. Always professional, kind, and amazing at what he does. Always have some good conversations. I make the 40 minute drive every time because of this. Highly recommend.

I moved to the area about a year ago & just had my first appointment with Dr. Ball at the end of July. He was great! At my appointment, he told me that my last prescription was incorrect. After getting my glasses today, he couldn't have been more correct. I had no idea how inaccurate my last prescription was & how much more crisp & clear my vision is with my new prescription. I look forward to seeing Dr. Ball again in the future!

Dr. Ball is AMAZING!! I came in for an eye exam last year for eye glasses and contacts, with my exam he was able to tell that I had other health medical issues that I was not aware of and recommended me to go see my doctor for a check up. He was genuinely concerned and after going to my doctor, it turns out Dr. Ball was right and it was all through my EYE EXAM! He seriously knows his stuff, he gained my trust from that first visit! Vanessa at the front is SUPER sweet! She took her time helping me choose glasses and answered all my questions as far as pricing. She made me feel so welcomed!
