Dr. Rippley and staff were so welcoming and helpful! I have very sensitive eyes & they took the extra time to make sure I was comfortable with my new contacts and had all the information I needed. The office is beautiful! So glad I came here.
Terrible service I had an appointment and their website says they accept my vision insurance. The receptionist told me they DON’T accept it and my plan “doesn’t show up in the system.” Wasted my time and left without the exam. Went to Visionworks instead — the receptionist was super friendly, found me in the system right away, and everything went smoothly. Great service! Avoid this place if they can’t even verify insurance correctly. 5 stars to Visionworks.
My experience from the time I walked in the door until I left was awesome! The front desk staff who signed me in, the technician who performed preliminary test to prep me for the doctor, the doctor, and the opticians who assisted me in selecting the correct frames and lenses for me were all very professional, very knowledgeable, and friendly. They also displayed exemplary customer service and took the time to answer all of my questions. They truly care about their patients!
Dr. Nguyen is the bomb! Her knowledge and professionalism puts me at ease especially when I started having an issue with my right eye. She calmed me down, told me what was going on and what to look for. It isn't just her, but all the people that work there as well. The way they all treat me, well it is the closest I will ever get to being like a celebrity except their VIP treatment is out of concern for me and my health. Cannot express how much I appreciate them. If you do not have an eye doc, recommend Eyecare of Denton!
Everyone from front desk to optical tech to Dr. Jackie was fabulous. I have a very difficult prescription along with developing cataracts. They referred me for evaluation for cataract surgery and kindly suggested not purchasing glasses from them at this time as it would not be money well spent, given they need for surgery. Just a great experience.
