Dr. Temnykh and her staff were incredible. The level of service was top tier and quite frankly something you just don’t encounter these days. Dr. Temnykh did my exam and her attitude alone is incredible. She explained everything to me professionally and in detail. The rest of the staff were incredible as well. Everyone was professional and upbeat. April helped me with my new glasses and was extraordinary. The entire team was providing great service to all customers. JOB well done!!!!!!!

I always have some anxiety surrounding eye exams (does 1 or 2 look clearer, I don't know!) but Dr. Anderson really takes that stress away from the experience, due to his kindness and patience. The staff is amazing as well, super kind and helpful. I was having trouble putting in a contact lens because my bangs were getting in the way, and a staff member lent me their hair clip. So sweet! I've recommended this place to my friends and would definitely recommend to anyone needing eye care services in the future!

Dr. Anderson and his staff are fantastic. They were able to get me in for an appointment quickly, were very welcoming, and helpful. The eye exam was painless, and I was able to take home a few sets of trial contacts with my new perscription while I wait for my year supply of contacts to arrive. They helped crunch the numbers too to ensure I was getting the best deal with my insurance when buying both glasses and contacts, as well as helped me out with getting a rebate on my contact lenses! The store area of the office has a great selection of glasses as well, and their staff helped me pick out a new set of frames that look & fit great, and they were more than happy to make adjustments to the glasses for me to help them fit their best. 10/10 experience, I'll happily be coming back again for an eye exam in the future.

I have been going to Advanced Eye Care for about three years, and the doctors are excellent. Dr. Anderson and Dr. Temnykh are professional, thorough, and exams are always a great experience. Occasionally mistakes can happen with orders. In my recent case, my one-year supply of monthly AquaClear lenses was mistakenly ordered as a half-year supply of Acuvue Oasys bi-weekly lenses, even though both brands were listed on my prescription. The staff explained it may have been a misunderstanding since some people wear bi-weekly lenses for a month, but I have always worn them for two weeks, so it was a bit surprising. However, all the staff were kind, helpful, and took the time to make things right. They resolved the issue very quickly, which I really appreciate. This place will still be my first choice, and I highly recommend them to others.

Great experience. I have been coming here for years. I love the ability to schedule my appointment online and that I don't have to miss work to get my vision exam. Appointment was right on time. Everyone was very nice and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend.
