Their staff is so very friendly and the exam is so comprehensive. You feel secure knowing that they’ve looked at every possible angle of your eye health. Dr. Nelms’s is so kind and gentle, taking his time with you making you feel like you aren’t just a number.

I have been to several Eye Doctors in my 60 years on this globe! Advanced Eyecare Optical of Oconee has been the best experience I’ve had as it pertains to eye care! The staff are incredibly welcoming, professional and knowledgeable! The Doctor is a great, easygoing, wonderful guy! I highly recommend them to all!

The front office staff were friendly. Corey & Lisa were friendly and helpful and Dr. Nelms was friendly and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with my visit

Excellent!! Highly recommend them! Called as a new patient for my husband to be treated for a cornea ablation, they got him in the same day! Glad we saw Dr.Nelms it was worse than what we thought.
