Had a very good experience with Dr. McNeill and staff. Dr. McNeill maked us feel like a priority, explains everything he is doing and went really indepth in my daughter's examine with some concerns, and is following her care closely. We felt like he really gave us all the info we needed to make informed decisions and that we are in good hands.
My experience was a 10/10 from the moment I walked in. Courteous and helpful in every way. I was called back quickly and my optician Stacy was professional and personable. Dr. McNeill makes you feel at ease,explains everything he is doing, and encourages you to ask any questions you may have. All the office staff were professional and kind as well. Thank you for a great experience.
I was there a few weeks ago and everything went fine. What threw me off when I entered the parking lot was the unkept lawn service. Seeing all the cracks all over the parking lot growing weeds made me think for a moment the business had closed without my knowledge. Glad it didn't, just surprised to see all the weeds as the first thing.
June 12th I had an appointment (first time) at Advance Eye Care in Ionia with Dr. McNeil. Making my appointment was quick and easy and everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful. The diagnosis was bacterial eye infection in both eyes. I was treated with respect and care and given sample eye drops and wipes. Dr. McNeil promptly sent a prescription to my pharmacy and I picked it up on my way home. This was a great appointment and would recommend them to friends. Thanks Dr. McNeil, Ronnie and front deck staff for making my sore eyes better.
I liked Dr. Mcneill he was great. The office staff at the deck to check in and out were very nice. But I didn't like the lady that supposed to help you with glasses. She didn't help me at all. Most people would come over to you and helped you find glasses or ask if you had questions nothing. She hided in the back. She needs to be fired. She acted like I was inconvenience her when I picked a pair of glasses out that I wanted ordered.
