Eye doc is super nice, communicates clearly about what she is looking for in my vision, and really easy to talk to about preferences when it comes to contacts. Desk staff are really nice too! I’ve gone to RxOptical locations my entire life and it’s always a good experience!
Very professional and informative. Would recommend them to anyone for a first time glasses purchaser. The exam was nice to have the information as to why the test was being done and what it identified. Great job by all from walking in the door to out the door. Thank you.
I would give no stars if I could. Order contacts 3 weeks ago. Never got a call they were in, I had to call them. Leave work early and get there and all they had was 1 box but I have 2 eyes. Blamed it on the contact company. Said they would reorder them and have them shipped to my house. 3 days later I receive an email saying they were in. Once again I had to call them. They were delivered to the office, not my house. They said they would fed ex them to me but guess what? No contacts yet. The Dr was always pleasant but the staff is the reason I’m switching doctors. Save your time and grief, just go somewhere else.
Our experience was wonderful. Working with staff here we would absolutely recommend. The staff, Cedie, Lexii and Misty were amazing to work with.
Great staff, very knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. Exam and ordering glasses in and out in less than an hour!
