This is for the auto tire center (Ionia, MI) We just went to get new tires and I ordered them online without any Man supervision, okay. So naturally when we got there we realized we... (as in me) ordered the wrong tires. Jessa (this review is mainly for her), Jessa helped us out and got us the right tires did all the adjustments she needed to do in order for us to get this taken care of today since we had an appointment. It was a lot of returning, money in a gift card, getting the right tires, finding the right tires etc etc and she was amazing thru it all. Didnt make us... (as in me), feel stupid, even tho I am lol. And honestly everyone we interacted with in the auto center was kind and polite which doesnt happen a lot these days. We really appreciated her help and kindness and wanted to give her a shout out!
Walmart stinks. I ordered a set of wyze strip lights they were delivered with crushed box and empty. Thanks Fed Ex idiots. Talked to 5 customer Service reps and still no return money. What a Joke. Never shopping or ordering anything from Walmart ever again.
