I had my first appointment with Dr. Fuller after not seeing an eye doctor in quite a while, and I’m so glad I chose her. She was incredibly kind, took the time to listen to all of my concerns, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. What I appreciated most was how thorough she was. She addressed my concerns with patience and clarity, which helped make something that felt a little scary much less overwhelming. I left feeling informed, reassured, and confident in the next steps for caring for my eyes. I highly recommend Dr. Fuller to anyone looking for an eye doctor who truly listens and cares about her patients.

I finally managed to schedule a long-overdue eye exam, which is no small feat as a parent navigating appointments without a local support system. While I had to bring my children along—and my baby understandably became restless toward the end—the receptionist, the optometrist, and the optician could not have been more accommodating, warm, and professional. The doctor, in particular, is exceptionally knowledgeable and provided top-tier clinical care. Unfortunately, the atmosphere among the clinical technicians felt distinctly different. The team appeared rather insular, and I was quite aware of the frequent, unsmiling glances directed our way, which did little to make a multitasking parent feel welcome. Furthermore, when I inquired about Goldmann tonometry, the technician assisting me seemed unfamiliar with the procedure and dismissed the question entirely, rather than checking with a colleague. While the administrative and medical care here is excellent, a greater degree of empathy and professional curiosity from the technical staff would immensely improve the patient experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Fuller today! She is incredibly personable, professional, and thorough. I really appreciated how she took the time to help me understand my eye health rather than just rushing through the appointment. She made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Freddie, the optician, helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses and shades. He was equally as welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a team that truly cares about their patients!

First visit and loved this place! From the Doctor to the front desk staff, everyone was professional and pleasant. Great eyewear selection and great staff to assist in picking out eyewear and working with insurance. OCT imaging is great for checking eye health and diseases affecting the eye. Very recommended with every eye exam!

Everyone is so nice & very customer focused. When I checked in I didn't have my Insurance card or the digital one, but the Receptionist was really sweet & got the ph# & my ID#. She was able to verify my info. over the phone so I was able to keep my appointment. For me that's a big issue especially when your new to the clinic/office. Other places aren't customer friendly or focused. When I was done with my appointment & went outside to check if my ride was there, but when it wasn't there I came back in & sat by the window to wait. I was immediately approached and asked if I had been helped & if I'd like anything to drink. Thanks for the wonderful service!
