The staff are great! We had a family appointment and they made it work. The facility is good with welcome beverages and snacks. Dr. Mei was very thorough, asked questions and explained everything! Overall - the experience was good ☺️

This is a spectacular place to go to get an eye exam. The staff is exceptional, the service is wonderful, the doctor exam was very thorough. Everyone was very kind and helped me out a great deal. There is a Visionworks eyeglass store right next-door that you can take your prescription over to and get your glasses ordered immediately. It’s wonderful to leave a medical office in such a great mood because of how kind everybody inside is. I highly recommend this place and have been going here for years.

I had a very disappointing experience with this office. I left feeling frustrated and concerned about both the level of customer service and the accuracy of the information documented during my visit. The front desk staff was disrespectful and unprofessional. Rather than listening to my concerns or treating me with courtesy, I felt dismissed and spoken to in a rude manner. What concerns me the most is that my child was given a diagnosis that I believe is incorrect, and I’m worried that my insurance will be billed based on that diagnosis. I do not feel that my concerns were taken seriously or that the office made any effort to address the issue when I questioned it. I expected professionalism, clear communication, and accurate medical documentation, but that was not my experience. Based on how I was treated and my concerns about the billing and diagnosis, I cannot recommend this office. I encourage others to ask questions, review their visit summary carefully, and seek a second opinion if something doesn’t seem right.

Dr. Choe isn’t my regular doctor, but she occasionally works at this location, and I was so impressed by her. She is incredibly passionate about what she does and takes the time to thoroughly explain everything. I really appreciated how she walked me through the different parts of the eye we were examining and explained the purpose of the retinal scan in a way that was easy to understand. The front desk staff were also exceptionally kind, welcoming, and friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this office!

Waited 35 minutes past the appointment time, one minute before my child went back I was informed it would be either a $39 copay or $118.99 if my child needed to be referred out to a specialist or other “medical” services. When checking out, I was charged $118.99. No specialty appointment or additional appointments were needed. The doctor gave my child a sticky note with three over the counter eye drop brands written on it, and that was all. So, $80 for a sticky note? Never in the 7 years I have been taking my kids here has this ever been a thing! I have never been told it could be more. The lady behind the desk was very rude and condescending. I would not recommend this place. Very dishonest!
