I've been coming here for the past 3 years and each time I have felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Carroll is always kind and thorough without making you feel rushed which I appreciate. Appointments are kept timely and I spend no more than 45 minutes when I visit. From prior experiences elsewhere I think its important to note that I have not experienced any odd billing practices and everything has stayed covered by insurance during my time with this practice. Overall, Dr. Carroll is wonderful and I do recommend to anyone seeking an optometrist.

I have been a patient with Dr. Carroll for many years now. He is very patient and thorough with the exams. Tara is also so nice and caring. She explains everything before it happens. All my children are now patients as well and they really like him. We had a bad experience with a pediatric optometrist and my son was scared to even come. He was finally prescribed glasses the other place said he didn't need!! Dr. Carroll answered his questions and made him feel at ease. I highly recommend Double Creek Eye Care!

Dr. Carroll is one of the kindest, most patient doctors I've seen. He takes time with patients, answers questions thoroughly, and never makes you feel rushed. The staff at Double Creek Eye Care are equally wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment you walk in. Every visit has felt organized, comfortable, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend this practice if you want excellent eye care and a team that treats people well.

Dr Carroll is very friendly & thorough. He also takes his time educating you the current health of your eyes as well as what to expect down the road. The whole team is welcoming, efficient & overall fantastic!! Highly recommend!!
