I got glasses there last year early this year. When I was told they was ready I couldnt see with them then doctor they was wrong. Then 2 days later said good not. Then later said made mistake wrong. These are the worst glasses I have ever had. I tried for 8 months and have gone back to my old glasses from other glass place in paw paw now no headaches.
Have been a patient for 2 years. Went in today for my 6 month. The doctor doesn’t remember seeing me, talked to me as if this was first appointment and we have “have base data to ho forward” I had to tell them they have done all these test every 6 months. Then he found previous scans and responded,” ok all is fine see you in 6 months.” No I don’t think you will.
Called for an appointment because they were one of very few places that said they took my insurance, had many reminder calls, but then after my eye exam, they mention that my insurance isn’t covered there. Lied to and not told until the exam was over, lost $150 plus a 1/4 tank of gas. Do not recommend.
Extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend you stop in and check them out for your eye care needs.
