Bad experience at Walmart in South Haven Michigan. Cashier Veronica has to be one of the rudest cashiers I’ve ever encountered. From the moment I checked out, she was unfriendly and came across as very rude. I politely suggested that she should be kinder and smile more since she works in customer service. Instead of taking the comment professionally, she became angry and started berating me in front of other customers. The situation was embarrassing and completely uncalled for. No customer should be spoken to that way while simply trying to complete a purchase. Customer service should be respectful, even when there is a disagreement. I hope management addresses this issue and provides additional customer service training so future customers don’t have the same experience. Sincerely: Maria Rubio

Walmart offers a wide variety of items. But u do have to stay hyper aware of the price displayed being much lower than the price actually charged at the register which can be as much as triple the displayed price. The employees are normally friendly and knowledgeable. So shop at the SSSUPERRRR MART but do so at your own risk.

Worst experience ever at this walmart. Rude employees, following people like they are going to steal something, and employees at checkout don't know what is going on. As a Walmart plus I walk up to a self checkout scan the barcode on my phone and checkout. Then rudely get told that I can't do deliveries at this end, I said it is a scan and go she turns away to help someone else. No hold on no wait. After two minutes of no other words for her I continue to pack my groceries. She then finishes comes back demands to see a receipt and swift through all the back, asking for me to point each and every line item out. After she couldn't find anything she says how many total items, and proceeded to count. If you were that worried about someone you should open registers and check people out and no have them pay for Walmart plus. On top of that worrying about $3 clearance items or $2 ice cream, thinking those are items that someone is going to steal is ridiculous. Do better.

Walmart makes it a literal obstacle course to shop here. FIRST, I cannot use tap and pay. This is inconvenient to say the least. I can shop anywhere else (except Walmart) without them. SECOND, I cannot cash out my bottle slip with my purchase at self check out?! I have to go wait in a different line (for $1.40???) -- Are you kidding me? No Joke! The bottle return room smelled mildly gross even in the morning. Please fix these issue. Allow Tap & Pay and let me cash out my bottle return in self check out. Your lines are too long to make me go through a regular check out or go to customer service. People were nice though - that's something.

Like to shop here but had a really bad experience with the front desk as well as the sporting goods section. I wanted to get my fishing license stopped at the front desk to ask if I can purchase a fishing license, the person in charge a young female that defenetaly needs training or restraining send me to the sporting goods section where a young couple stood and had been waiting patiently for help. They too wanted a Fishing license however no one came to wait on them after waiting 40 minutes they decided to go elsewhere. As I waited patiently almost an hour and asking the automotive section if they could page someone which he did twice as well I asked an older tall man pulling a pallet jack said he would page someone as he got to the front but that did not happen so I went to the untrained girl asked her why no one has come or even be in that section and she told me that she did not have control of anyone or new where they could be brake lunch or in a different area because she doesn't go around to see where people are at or se what their doing. That said I got upset told her not to stress or worried about it and that I was going to take my Business elsewhere and walked out the store. Went home unable to go fishing that day. No big deal I got my license at Durham it was fast and I was fishing 8 minutes after at the Holland lake pier Adam Carrillo
