I had a very positive experience at Advanced Ophthalmology Associates. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming, kind, and efficient, which immediately set a great tone. The technician who assisted me before seeing the doctor was equally excellent. She took the time to clearly explain each step of the process and answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. That level of communication made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the visit. Dr. Kuczynski was outstanding. She was attentive, thorough, and genuinely caring. I felt truly heard during my appointment, and she explained everything in a clear and thoughtful way. It’s evident that she prioritizes her patients and takes the time to ensure they understand their care. Overall, a very well-run practice with a team that values both professionalism and patient experience. Highly recommend.

Since February, they billed my wife’s eye exam incorrectly to our insurance, we have called three times, they apologized, mentioned they moved to a new system and messed up, then proceeded to send us to collections. They keep showing we owe $233 for an eye exam my insurance fully covers at 100%. Then they did not return our voicemail and it was been weeks. Highly recommend trying somewhere else first based on this issue with a simple eye exam billing from around February still being unresolved. I do feel the doctor and care team are good at what they do, but dealing with billing (which it sounds like is being outsourced), has been a nightmare. It will likely result in us going elsewhere in the future. Not worth this kind of headache.

Sooooo very, very happy with this doctor and her staff....I would give her ten stars, but you only go to five......

Our family has been seeing Dr. Kuczynski for years. She did cataract surgery on my husband and I and also sees my son and daughter. We have always been very satisfied with the the doctor and her staff.

Dr Kuszynski is great. Paying the bill is a nightmare though. The number on the bill won't accept payments, and when you call the office, no one answers. There's no means of putting your credit card info on the bill.
