House Of Optical

I’ve been a customer of there’s for 4-5 years now. They’ve got a rather wide selection of frames & budgets. For the most part I’d say 90%+ is standard brands (e.g. Luxotica) you’d find everywhere. It’s the smaller, boutique brand finds that’s more of a bargain; For example you’ll find Oliver People’s or some EU brands that are hand made in Japan or the EU. Another positive is that there’s a lot of staff & in some cases you can get same day frames. In short, it’s a thumbs up from me.

It's over 10 years since I discovered House of Optical and can attest hands-down the customer service experience continues to put a smile on my face :). Everyone there is on the same page -- creating a welcoming and professional setting that customers can depend on time and time again. Oh, and having your name called out as you enter the building is a nice touch. Love these people!

The Doctors at House of Optical are fantastic! The staff is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Diane was super helpful informative in helping me pick out glasses and everyone was extremely kind. Definitely recommend!

I love these guys. Professional and trendy yet unpretentious. I've been coming here for 4 years, now. Two pair of eyeglasses; four lens. At every visit, the entire staff, from the front desk to the opticians and optometrists, have always been courteous, friendly and skilled at what they do. I recently went in with a temple that had snapped off, and they repaired it within 24 hours and at no charge (even though I was prepared to pay for the repair). Can't ask for better service than that. And I love that I can give my $$$ to an independent, local business. They have been in business for decades and that alone says something.

We have been going to House of Optical for several years now. We love it there! Diane and the rest of the staff always go above and beyond for us! They also have a wonderful selection of glasses and make the whole process easy! Highly recommend!
