I had a very great experience with my son. It was his first time for an eye exam. They were really patient and gentle with him. The staff were very welcoming and polite. The customer service was great and the appointment was nice, easy, and quick! Would definitely recommend!

I had to have paperwork filled out for the state driving facility and they were able to get me in the same day I called trying to make an appointment! I was early and didnt expect to be seen i just figured I would wait but to my surprise they took me right away! I did my eye test and had the paperwork filled out in less than 30 mins. The staff was friendly and informative and took their time to talk with me. I highly recommend Advance Rockford Eye Care.
Wow! I was so impressed with my experience. Everyone was helpful, kind, and respectful with all of my questions. I needed a new eye doctor for all my needs. They had it all covered for me. I am really happy I made the switch! I will be going back soon and picking out my new frames too!
This was my first time here and I enjoyed the visit. All staff members were pleasant, friendly and professional. Dr. Prorok was very thorough in explaining concerns about my eyes. The young lady working with me to choose frames was very sweet and patient with me. I look forward to future appointments here. Also, the waiting room, exam room and bathroom was very clean!
