I have to admit, at my age, having to go to a doctor is the last thing I would like to do, especially on a Sunday. Long story short, the doctor i met, Dr. Ebirim and staff from reception was wow amazing. I am a senior , they spent time to address my symptoms, and to my amazement, I was met with total honesty, explained my current medications, which I thought on my own was treating my issue, explained my allergy medication was doing zero, got me on the right path, and actually saved me money in the end . I am so grateful for the staff and doctor who most folks would not understand, but I now have a quality of life i have longed for for, well, a long time. Thank you to you and your team.

My blood pressure was elevated and my doctor wanted me to get an EKG. I checked in and shortly after I was called in. The EKG went fine and was sent to my PCP. All seems well, thank you Sataira.
absolutely the worst experience in any health care facility i’ve ever visited. the doctor was dismissive, rude & had the audacity to say “let me put this in very small words for you” when finished said “do you get it now?” all because i was asking questions. he then dismissed any question i had after, cutting me off by saying “go to the ER if pain persists” for the 10th time, i told him my insurance doesn’t cover the ER. He then said, if the ER doesn’t work he can help me find a bone doctor??? He didn’t listen to a word I said the entire visit!!! When I told him I didn’t like how I was being treated & didn’t really know how to feel about the situation. He cut me off again, saying, don’t judge or assume his facial expressions. I softly responded and said not only was his facial gestures were off putting, his tone was very demeaning as well. I just wanted help identifying my pain and how to help it. I walked out in tears feeling so belittled and unheard. After reading reviews, and noticing a lot of the same experiences, I’m wondering if it’s the same doctor and how he’s still there let alone has his license. Some people just aren’t meant to be doctors!! He makes patients feel like their pain is imaginary, has you pay & sends you immediately on your way. No empathy, no compassion, no respect. I will NEVER come back nor will I ever recommend this facility to anyone!! Also, ended up being allergic to the medicine he proscribed. Went to OSF today- had one of the BEST cares i’ve had in a while. They listened, identified the pain, & gave options on where to go next. Go to OSF (or literally ANY WHERE ELSE) & save your time and $$ from this place.
Everyone showed empathy for my situation and treated me with kindness. Dr. Aziz was thorough and compassionate and really seems to care about how I was feeling. In and out, would highly recommend .
Dr Ansari was great with my son. Wait times weren't too bad and everyone was friendly.
