I cant say enough how wonderful this place is. The place is so cute and professional has a kids space ( was impressed most don't have one). The whole exam was great from Ashlynn all the way ro Dr. Dungan. Your crazy not to go here price was wonderful to. She fit my whole family in right away and we are not a small family. Thanks again will definitely be returning
One of the worse experiences with them. I had set an appt up for January of 2025 and afterwards, received my contact supply then in December of 2025, I tried to schedule my yearly check up in which they scheduled me a month after my contacts ran out, then when I call to notify them that I am going to be about 10 mins late due to a family emergency, they unapologetically refused to accept me and tried scheduling me another month out. If they knew scheduling would be extensive, than they should book appts a year in advance.
Took myself and my older kids to Dr Duncan's office as new patients they have an amazing staff a cute kids corner. Thisbis the most family friendly eye office I've ever been at! Dr Dungan and her staff are very knowledgeable and personal.
Absolutely the BEST eye care experience I have ever had! The girls were super sweet and kind to my daughter, patiently helping her choose the perfect glasses, and Dr. Dungan was super thorough and explained everything in detail! I am very impressed with how well they treated us! I will be bringing ALL my family to Dr. Dungan!
