Glasses arrived much faster than anticipated, and they're perfect! The staff at this location (173 in Machesney Park) is phenomenal! The doctor is great, very patient and informative, and the staff is top notch! Ask for Anissa when you go - she will treat you like a friend rather than just a customer and she helps every step of the way, from frame choice to helping you get the best deal for your situation. You couldn't be in better hands! Frame selection is awesome, with options for every style and budget. Awesome all around!!!

My family recently visited America’s Best and we had an excellent experience. Dr. Khuchitbaatar was professional, thorough, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Anissa and Trixie were friendly, and knowledgeable while helping us select and fit our eyeglasses. They made the entire process easy and enjoyable. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality eye care and professional team!

One of my favorite people to work with at this location is Margarita, the eyeglass whisperer. I've been getting my glasses at this location for the past two years and in my opinion, she's the best person to make adjustments to my glasses. She can simply look at you one and tell what is wrong with the glasses and make the right tweaks that will set everything right. When no one else can fix the problem, Margarita is brought in. I believe she is also the office manager, and I can always tell when she's in office because the work flow is organized and moves with great efficiency. Her customer care is unmatched, and I always hope that she's in when I go in for my visit. Well done, Margarita, and thank you for always going the extra mile to ensure that everything is right and tight, from glasses to customer care. This is a significant investment, and she always treats customers time with the utmost respect. I'll continue to keep my service with this location because of Margarita.

Genuinely the best optometrist experience ive ever had. Every single step from booking the appointment to check out was smooth, made sense & worked. The entire team was sunny and kind, and they took the time to explain the different options available to me without being condescending at all. 10/10
