I have followed Dr. Young for many years from Costco to his own practice. I let everyone I know how amazing he is. He is one of the first providers that really focus on preventative care. The staff is wonderful full as well. Jess is always very helpful and knowledgeable. She always give you her honest opinion when you're trying glasses on. Well if you ask for it. :) I highly highly recommend Advanced Vision for your eye care.

Both Dr.s Young and Buttar are stellar. Their diagnostics have been some of the most thorough I have experienced. They both share research and clarify with enthusiasm. They take the time they need to be absolutely sure I have the prescription I need. I have been cared for so well by them and both their advice and prescriptions for glasses have been spot on. In my experience, the office staff genuinely aim to provide excellent service. That’s why it’s been a bit surprising to run into recurring communication challenges — whether trying to pick up glasses in past years, requesting a refund for glasses that were never made last fall(recently resolved), or receiving repeated billing texts for payments I had already made months earlier. My suggestion is to keep clear records and stay in steady communication with the team. They do want to get things right, and a little patience and persistence goes a long way. Supporting local businesses is worth the effort, and bringing positive energy to those interactions helps strengthen our community.
Technologically, somewhere that offers Neurolens is going to be pretty top notch, so the only remaining concern would be customer service. That’s definitely not an issue here though. I came in at the end of a work day and their lead optician, Jessica Strachila, immediately sat me down to fix my glasses. They were pretty bent out of shape and I had to give them back to her a full four times before they felt right. Despite the big ask at the end of her workday, she gave me nothing but kind conversation and focus on my comfort. She truly just wanted me to be happy with my glasses, and she did a great job fixing them. I’d say you’re definitely good to come here if you have eye care needs
Advanced Vision Is now a two-person office. I saw the new doctor this time and I was just as impressed as when I saw Dr Young. You can't go from home would either practitioner. The opticians are great and they are a very congenial group of people. My optician was a woman named Jean and she was tremendously personable and knowledgeable. Totally recommended
Dr. Young and his team are beyond amazing! I bring my 20 year old here (she has Autism) and this is one of the few appointments she is stays regulated. Defined shares irrational thoughts which all of the role with in a magical way! This momma is beyond grateful for finding this office for my older kiddo and her eyesight!
