My fiancee made this appointment two months ago after her PCP sent a referral over. She has a pretty serious eye condition and needs to see a specialist so she doesn't go blind and her current eye doc is out of his range of expertise. They cancelled on her less then 24 hours before her appointment because they don't take her insurance, which means they didn't bother to confirm her insurance before they accepted the referral.

I have been seeing Dr. Perszyk and the staff at the NW Eye Clinic for a quite a while and have always had great experiences here. I had my second cataract surgery yesterday and had absolutely no discomfort afterwards. I really enjoy working with Dr. Perszyk. He's very qualified and personable!

For the second year in a row, I specifically set an appointment to get a contact lens prescription. And for the second year in a row, they scheduled me with someone who can't do contact lens prescriptions. I was as specific as possible this year because of last year's bad experience. And they managed to screw it up again, wasting 2.5 hours of my work day. Never again. They charged me the co-pay but I requested a refund.

My wife Maria recently had cataract surgery. We were blessed by Dr. Crews and his team. Dr. Crews was always polite and patient. He answered all our questions The staff was always polite and helpful. We thank you all. God Bless.

Great experience with Dr Perszyk and the entire team for cataract surgery. My vision is now 20/20 — better than before cataracts. The NWEC team is very good at explaining options for treatment, and the results are superb.
