Great visit in my recent appointment. The staff was very friendly and professional. I am very happy with the thoroughness of the exam and how organized and efficient the process is. Dr. Phil Bastion is outstanding. He is knowledgeable, professional and caring. Great experience every time I have visited.

I had to unfortunately make an emergency visit for my 3 year old who injured her eye. We had never been here before and my daughter had actually never been to an optometrist at all since she has perfect eye sight and no family history of eye illnesses, but my optometrist in town recommended them for my toddler. Optometric Physicians Northwest got us in IMMEDIATELY (quicker than the emergency pediatrician even) and treated my daughter so nicely and they were so gentle w her. They definitely got our entire family as new patients of theirs, because they were amazing and handled the situation perfectly. I would recommend this office to anybody seeking professional, quick, and caring treatment (especially for little ones).
