Natalie was awesome and helped so much! She was very kind and patient and not pushy at all, she found out what I needed and assisted me with that, that is awesome and I’ll definitely make this location permanent for me from now on. I have been going to vision plus since I was 13 years old and I can say Natalie is one of the best I’ve ever worked with getting glasses and that is not an exaggeration. Thank you again Natalie and I’ll see you next time!

Staff was very professional. Dr. Dosanjh, (who introduced himself by his first name) was awesome. He knows how to connect with his patients through casual conversation. He asked just enough questions to get to know me a bit without prying. He was thorough and ordered me a different sized contact just in case it might work better. Definitely would recommend him to anyone.
Had a very unfortunate experience at this store. The receptionist and doctor were nice, but unfortunately when it came down to ordering glasses that's where the service ended. When I sat down with the girl, we went over my order for a single pair of glasses. I had two insurances and asked if it was possible to combine them. She called her billing department and the person on the other end was very reluctant and said that she "really doesn't like" to have to do that (coordinate between the two insurances). (What?) I was told that if I wanted to use both insurances, that I need to get a second pair of glasses. I explained that I'm not there to buy two pairs of glasses, that I just want the one, and it sounds like the billing person simply doesn't want to have to be inconvenienced by trying to run it through the two agencies. It was really awkward at that point because I felt like I was only worth the effort of contacting a second insurance if I was willing to cough up another $400 to $500 (for my share) for a second pair of glasses. If they can contact the other insurance for a second pair they can just as easily contact them to see if they can both insurance to the one pair. Something about it just felt very unethical. The girl I was working with tried to smooth it over a bit by saying that it was okay that they'll put the order in and get a hold of both insurances and whatever the balance comes out to I can just pay it when I pick them up. She estimated it would be about 1 to 2 weeks before they were ready. I contacted them today (10 days later) to check on the statusof my order and was told that the order was never placed. The girl who answered the phone said that someone (allegedly) called and left a voicemail 8 days ago to say that they couldn't work it out between the 2 insurances (that they could only process through one) and that they couldn't place the order until I came in and paid the remaining balance in full. I explained that I never received a call and there is no voicemail. She kept repeating my number asking if that was the right phone number, and yes it was, but alas, I have no messages. She said there was just the one note about the phone call being made, and another note two days after that saying that they were "still waiting on a response" from me, which they were going to be waiting a long time since I never got a call. They conformed that no other contact was attempted, (email/text etc - which was used before my appointment with them so they are capable of using it). Its really frustrating that it wasn't until I called in to check on the status to find out that no progress was made. I explained to the girl on the phone that I was told that the order was being placed (period) and that I was just to pay the balance when the glasses came in since they were trying to figure out how to apply the two insurances. She had no explanation as to why appropriate effort was not made to make me aware of the situation. The whole thing just felt kind of icky from the moment the billing person was giving pushback about having to try to coordinate the 2 insurances, to trying to get me to spend more money for a second pair in order to use both insurances , and now to find that I was just tossed to the side, waiting all this time for nothing. It's a pretty terrible feeling. All in all I would never come back here, which is unfortunate because I actually liked the doctor.
Booked an appointment, went there and their entrance was boarded off with planks. Walked around the whole building and no entrance only "exist only" doors and a LOT of no tresspassing signs. The building itself honestly looks abandoned.
I just wanted to come in and see the frames that were available. No I didn't have an appointment. Walking in there was no greeting from either employee. The energy felt completely unwelcoming and awkward. I felt uncomfortable immediately. I asked if they had any frames for riding motorcycles. The staff member I spoke to didn't know that there was such a thing. I decided not to prolong the very uncomfortable experience I was having and I turned around and left. I need new glasses and a new prescription, but I don't need them so bad that I will put up with energy that says that my Walking through the doors is unwelcome. I would have paid cash today, now you get nothing.
