Do not recommend, especially if you care about yourself and your ability and need to see. They truly show they are more concerned about your balance (the amount you owe) than they do about their patients. After waiting 16 business days, when being told it would only be 5-7, I had to call multiple times to find out the status of my new glasses. When finally arriving, I never once received an apology, nor were the concerned about my glasses or eyes. While adjusting my new glasses, the lady in the back kept repeating “she owes a balance” while the other lady was already counting out my change. Completely rude atmosphere as I felt they only cared about my money and not why I was initially there. I’ve been going here since I was a child, received my first pare of glasses here at 12. I’m 26 now and I will not be going back if I can help it. This used to be a great place but under the new staff it’s not worth going too. They don’t care about their patients and they make it obvious.
