Morton Comprehensive Health Services

I have been coming to Morton for many years. When I was on soonercare adult expansion and now with my current insurance, I do not want to leave. I cannot spell the optometrist’s name off the top of my head, but I love how I am treated here. Not only by the doctor but also by the other ladies. Wait time use to be a while when I began coming here, but it has really improved. Furthermore, I recommend anyone here, because they also treated my brother with so much patience. My brother suffers from depression and does not talk much. Visits are always difficult, but here they made it so much easier. I am so thankful for them and so happy that they are super patient with those with mental health issues.

What a wonderful place, a god sent! Lost my PCP for my meds & had been checking in on this place and have it a try. I had scheduled an appointment and then arrived & was quickly seen. With no insurance they do a sliding scale based on income which was great. This complex also does, optometry, dental, & behavioral health services. I made appointments for all while was there because it was all needed. The dental was able to get me in for the immediate consultation right then and there. Was nice once you get logged into the system to go to the other departments and make appointments. The staff were wonderfully pleasant & helpful. The place is clean & maintained so well. I highly recommend and will be using them for quite a while. I only wish that I had came here sooner.

My husband had an appointment for 3:40pm. He was advised to be there at 3:10pm to fill out paperwork. He got there at 3:06pm and got his paperwork. He had it completed within 5 minutes and went back to the window, it was closed. The girl was sitting there and just pointed at the sign. He waited until 3:50pm, the window reminded closed and his name was never called. He left at that point and will not be going back. We called to complain and were told "they were running behind and called him after he left". Very poor service.

Everyone here is so accommodating an very nice. We been going to this doctor for almost 2yrs now an I would recommend this place to anyone.

I had Antoinette Johnson as my pcp at first, I requested to change my pcp after she disregarded my concerns, hoping another doctor would listen, they gave me Teresa Green, my first initial visit was alright. I tried to tell her my concerns about me being dizzy and as well as my ovarian cyst, and she just waved her hand and said we’ll talk about everything after she gets blood work done on me. Okay fine. I go back after she gets my blood work and she’s angry I didn’t tell her at my first appointment that I seen a cardiologist 2 years ago? She said “what is wrong with these patients?” I slightly giggled because huh? She then says “you’re laughing but I’m irritated” like okay?? You pushed my concerns off my first appointment but now you’re mad I didn’t give you a run down on my health history? Not going back.
