My mom and I just transferred from our old ophthalmologist to Dr. Craig. We both had our first appointment today and we were thrilled. The doctor was great, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the facility was kept up with and fantastic, and the location couldn’t be better. We are both very excited for our new frames and new doctor!
Dr. Craig is a fantastic eye doctor. He spent plenty of time with me to do an examination and listen to my concerns. His staff were attentive and everyone has continued to be great at glasses adjustments and contact lens orders. His office is easy to find, he was on time, and I love that I can pay a flat cash rate.
Dr Kyle Craig is extremely patient and thorough. Extremely patient with me on the 1 and or 2?? 2 or a 3?? O4 or 02 again?? His staff follows through with the same patience in their expertise. Dr. Craig is absolutely fantastic. The best doctor I've ever had, and I've been wearing glasses for 47 years. He is so thorough, patient, and kind. He spent a lot of time explaining my eye condition and lenses I'd need. I highly recommend this office.
My family and I have been coming to Midtown Eyecare for years now and we are always pleased with the service we receive. From the receptions, to the dispensers and Dr. Craig himself! Everyone is so pleasant and genuinely love what they do. I would definitely recommend Dr. Craig to everyone.
