This place is 100% amazing all the staff is super friendly, and very very helpful from the minute you walk in the door, from getting the exam to picking out glasses such a great place. Andrea N. Briggs, OD was so nice and very thorough in explaining everything even from what another eye doctor has said. All around I give this place an 11 out of 10
I am fairly new to Tulsa so I had a little trouble finding the office but actually it really wasn’t hard once I got there. I LOVED this office. I could not believe all of the high tech equipment they had. Everyone was super nice. I met with Dr. Briggs, and she was amazing. She found a slight problem, however Mikala up front was able to get me an appointment with a specialist within the week. All of the girls up front were of great help from staying on the phone with me until I was able to find the office until I was ready to go. Sometimes I take a village, thank you villagers!
Dr Briggs and her staff are always pleasant and knowledgeable. They consistently use updated medical technology to provide comprehensive and quality care. Dr Briggs identified and took care of a problem with my previous contact lenses I didn’t even know I had. They’re awesome!
Downtown Tulsa Eyecare is a great business! They have the newest equipment, great service, and are extremely knowledgeable. I’ve been searching for a good eye doctor and finally found them. I will be recommending them to everyone.
I have been a patient here for over five years and have spent a considerable amount of money on services and products during that time. Recently, I moved out of state and ran out of contact lens supplies. I contacted the office to see if there was any way they could help, explaining that I was unable to come in for an eye exam because I no longer live nearby. While I understand that policies regarding prescriptions and exams must be followed, I was disappointed by the lack of empathy or effort to offer any alternative solution. As a long-term patient, I expected a higher level of customer care and understanding. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like my loyalty and years of business were not valued.
