I did not get the opportunity to visit the dental side, we only visited the vision half. I cannot help but feel disappointed in my experience. We were referred here from the pediatrics. The staff was dismissive, and suggested that the pediatricians don’t know what they are doing most of the time. However, I knew that was not the case here. For a place that is advertised for children, perhaps training employees how to work with children may help. I could feel the annoyance and lack of patience in the room. I want to be understanding- but if you don’t know how to work or talk to children, why are you working in a pediatric office? I find that important in this field of work. It felt like adult specialist miserable helping their distracted child clients. We use Vaughn dentistry and they are insanely professional, patient, know how to work with children, know what they can get done and what they can’t get done and find ways to get things done because they are skilled and specialize working with clients at young ages. That was my expectation. When looking at glasses, it was “oh yeah, they are all mixed”. We picked out a pair and “those are way to big”. Well could you give us a number on the glasses we need to be looking for? A fit? Anything useful? Maybe some organization of the shelf, place them by size? Two stars because we got what we needed, and that was what mattered- but next year we will search for something more kid friendly- despite this being pediatric work ……

Dina in the back was extra helpful and very nice with my 4 kiddos today at 11. Her and the other 3 assistants along with the x-ray tech I want to thank for being so gentle and doing a great job with my kids. I also really appreciate having Dr. Eden each time we are there she explains very well what is going on with my childrens teeth. Dr. Meg does a great job as well. We love this office!

The staff was attentive, but the service from the dentist was terrible. Two months ago, I went to her because my daughter has three loose molars that haven't fallen out for six months, even though her permanent teeth were already coming in. Now all the molars are overlapping because the dentist said they didn't need to be extracted since they would fall out on their own. Currently, my daughter's bite is being affected because the loose molars are pushing her permanent teeth out of alignment. Also, one of the loose molars isn't even fully formed; it's just a fragment. Now I'll have to go to another clinic to get it done properly.

We had our first appointment at Adventure Dental and Vision for vision. My daughter is just slightly near sighted. Her exam and ordering frames was completed in just under 40 min. I was pleased with the timely service.

I had a perfect experience. When i was called back, Nidia the vision tech was so helpful. i hadn’t had glasses in a long time and i was shy about how bad my prescription would be but she made me feel a lot better. When we were finished figuring out my prescription, she helped me pick a pair of glasses that looked cute on my face. i am so excited for my glasses! Shoutout to her!!
