Without focusing solely on insurance, she first asked about the reason for my visit and was able to offer an appointment within four hours. I then confirmed my insurance information with her. Everyone in the office was friendly, welcoming, and smiling. The staff made me feel appreciated as a patient. My eye care provider was exceptionally thorough. She asked detailed questions about my health and concerns, which made it clear that she genuinely wanted to provide the best possible care. I left feeling heard, valued, and confident in the care I received. Being new to both Topeka and this practice, I wasn't sure what to expect. However, my experience exceeded my expectations. From the welcoming staff to the thorough and compassionate care I received, I felt valued as a patient from the moment I arrived.
