The staff and providers here are so incredibly kind and patient. They are always smiling and welcoming when you arrive. My daughter had her first exam recently and they made her feel very comfortable. We'll travel a distance just to go to this office.

We have truly enjoyed our experiences with this office over the years and have been coming here since my son was 3 (he’s now 6). The staff has always been kind, and the care itself has been great. However, scheduling has become increasingly difficult. We are frequently asked to reschedule appointments, and most recently, my son’s annual visit had to be moved three separate times. It’s challenging to take time off work and plan around appointments when they keep changing. Because of this ongoing issue, we ultimately decided to seek care elsewhere. We’re disappointed, as we really did like this practice, but the scheduling inconsistency made it too difficult to continue.
It’ been a headache for me to make an appointment for my 4 year old son to do eye exam. First i made an appointment online and there was nothing that says which doctors visit kids. Then they called and said that I should make appointment with another doctor. I checked his schedule and made an appointment on Saturday morning. Then they called and asked me reschedule it because the doctor doesn’t visit patients on Saturdays🤔🤔🤔 I asked the person who called me to schedule appointment for me and after reviewing dates and times, she schedule it one day at 3:40. Now they called and said that doctor cannot visit my son at that time and i should changed it to 1:30 which doesn’t work for me. So disappointing
I bring my entire family here. We have been coming for annual visits for at least 3 years, maybe more. Dr. Prazier is amazing with my kiddos & so informative. The entire staff is friendly & patient! The location is ideal as well; there is plenty of parking & it isn't too far from shopping areas which allows me to get multiple errands done in one day.
My vision therapist, Dana, is intelligent, responsive, and makes therapy fun and clear. The entire process felt completely validating. I’m deeply grateful for Dr. McChesney’s careful diagnosis and kind demeanor. Plus, the staff is super friendly, and the office is bright, modern, and inviting!
