Dr Molly Proud is wonderful and the staff at the Wexford office are always kind and helpful. She just helped me through cataract surgery and really put me at ease. I have been working with Dr Proud for 4-5 years now and she is exceptional in her profession and an all around good human. I highly recommend her.

Since when is a customer treated like an enemy for simply raising a concern and asking a question? The front desk staff was unprofessional and rude today. From the moment I walked in and said hello, she was grumpy and unfriendly. I arrived early for my 10:00 a.m. appointment. Even though I had been to this office last year, she asked me to fill out the forms again, which I did. I also called my insurance company and provided the information she requested. After that, before they even looked up the insurance information I had provided, another staff member told me I had to reschedule my appointment. Since it was only around 10:15 a.m., I asked why I needed to reschedule when my appointment had been at 10:00 a.m. I was filling out the forms and calling my insurance company. I explained that I had recently had a baby, had made the effort to come to the appointment, and had done my best to provide the information they needed. As I was leaving, I thanked them for their help, wished them a nice day, and said that I did not want to receive a bill for a visit where I was not seen. Instead of calmly addressing my concern, the front desk staff called out across the front desk toward the door to defend herself. The entire experience felt unprofessional and disappointing.
Wonderful efficient staff. Dr Proud is the best! So kind and smart. Lucky I found her. She understands my complex vision problems.
My daughter was in for an exam yesterday. The entire staff was very friendly and thorough. We have been patients for years and have always been very happy.
I have used McCauley Celin Eyecare Associates for many years and have been very pleased with their service and professional manner. They have answered all my questions provided options if appropriate and delivered as promised. I would highly consider their services.
