I felt completely at ease with Dr. Guzak. She did a thorough examination, explained things very well, and shared her plan for my care. Dr. Guzak is not only a very knowledgeable professional but also a very nice person. Have already recommended her to my adult daughter.
I am so grateful for the way the doctors at this practice show care and concern for their patients. My son had an issue that was causing him pain and swelling, and they got him in right away. I appreciate an office that makes the patients a priority!
While riding my bicycle I got something in my eye which felt like a piece of sand under my eyelid. I was miserable so after enduring this overnight I went to Family Vision Care Wexford where I get my annual eye exams and Dr. Homan saw me within minutes. He administered eyedrops and a temporary contact lens which caused immediate relief. I am so thankful Dr. Homan saw me so quickly and immediately resolved the problem. I cannot find the words to adequately explain how miserable that eye irritation was and how thankful I am that FVC and Dr. Homan saw me so quickly. THANKS AGAIN !!
Steer clear of here if you are a parent - not family-friendly or accommodating. I had to tote my infant and 3 year old here for my eye appointment after my childcare fell through for the morning. I arrived 10 minutes early to get settled and checked in, then spent another 15 minutes waiting for the doctor. When I stepped out to see what was going on, the receptionist told me that the Dr cannot see me because my son (who is NOT sick) coughed one time. As anyone who is a parent of young kids knows, kids cough even when they are not sick especially during fluctuating temperatures and humidity in the winter (and when waiting in a rather dusty medical office for a period of time). They were very cold and unfriendly to me about it. I had to shamefully pack up my kids and leave with tears in my eyes. They offered no help or assistance to me with my stroller either as I struggled to exit the front door. They offered to reschedule me but I declined.
Dr. Guzak was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. All of the office staff were very kind and helpful and made it easy to find good frames.
