What is the problem with management and holding people accountable to do their job. This store is one of the busier locations, the parking lot is always packed with nasty people, which leave even nastier messes in the bathrooms. Knowing this management needs to be let go if you can't even maintain any bathrooms, front or back of store. Do better. I will say the women's fitting rooms and clothing area are maintained nicely.

I just had the most frustrating experience at this Walmart. I was checking out at the self checkout and an associate came over and grabbed the hand scanner and scanned something in her hand and then turned around and left without saying a word to me. This action made the register screen appear that something had not been scanned that was placed in the bagging area. I co to use to scan my order when another associate comes over and, without saying anything to me, starts canceling my order on the screen. I asked her what she was doing and all she said was I will take you on register 26. I told her what had happened with the first associate using the scanner but she continued to cancel my order. I said to her that I assumed she thought I had placed something in the bagging area without it being scanned which was absolutely not true. Instead of offering to go through the things that had been scanned and compare them to the screen she just simply canceled the order without explanation until I asked. This was the most unprofessional experience that I have had in a retail store. I am extremely pissed and disappointed with this store. I spoke to “the manager” who was wearing a sign that said coach so they couldn’t even be bothered to allow me to speak with the actual store manager to express my concerns. Had I not spent so much of my time gathering my items I would have simply walked away. Nothing like a store accusing you of theft with absolutely no proof.
The Asst. Manager Ms. April and Joey the Grocery team lead were beyond helpful. I have a gluten allergy and am always looking for a certain item. Not only is this store over 30 minutes away from me, but this store is the only store in the area to carry such item. I have tried to call the company of the item to do a direct sale, have tried other chain stores as well as other walmarts. No one would bother to try to even help me. Along comes Ms April and took the time out of her day to help me, order said item, and hold it for me. I went yesterday and picked up 4 boxes (a total of 16 bags) of Udi Gluten Free Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli. This is always clean, the associates are always friendly and helpful. Not to mention, they have a better selection of items throughout the entire store. I really appreciate them. Thank you
Not taking tap pay when everyone else in the world does is insanity. I had all my stuff in my buggy get up front and can't pay I use my phone for everything as do most people in 2026. I had to leave everything and it was 1040 at night on my birthday. I had just gotten off work and I didn't have time to make it to Kroger. So I had takeout. And no cake. Thanks Walmart. I will probably never go there again if I can help it.
