My first time at this place started good.. friendly people. I didn't have to wait long. Had my exam, picked my glasses. Then had to wait for a week or so before they would be ready to pick them up.. When I went to pick them up, there was a mix up and they got the wrong color or wrong ones. So they fixed it and got me another pair. So I paid enough money for them to last a while. Today at work they broke. I am on the phone with a funeral home who is ordering a casket for a child and it snaps. And the other side is cracked and going to break as well. I have only had them 3 months maybe. I didn't wear them all the time either I spilt the time with the contacts that I purchased. I wonder if they stand by their work and quality of their product? Now i am out the money, a pair of glasses and have to wear an old prescription that can mess up my eye worse.

I had an awful experience at this business with an employee. ( Friday ) She was upset because she was the only employee there. Yes we both curse each other out . Never ever done that at a place of business. I had been a customer there for many years my daughter and I.The company is under a new owner. He didn't even listen to me. That same employee challenge me this morning?( Monday ) I miss the old owners that was there for many years.

Our experience was very disappointing. The lady we saw was very rude and dismissive which made the visit uncomfortable for me and my daughter. I left feeling deeply hurt and offended. The accusations about my daughter were completely out of line and uncalled for. The interaction felt more like an attack than a professional consultation. Everyone should be treated with respect and kindness unfortunately that was not our experience today. My hope is that this feedback will prompt reflection and changes in the way patients are treated.

Why did they have to call the eye doctor in ? Then all they care about is just selling glasses nothing else. They didn’t even know I was here for an eye exam and asked was I here to get glasses. Idk my child might need them might not . I guess the selection for contact lenses was useless. I won’t be back and might not even finish my visit if they don’t come on. The rudeness of the workers are crazy as well all of them seem so lost like it’s the first day.
