America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Quick in and out with eye exam, staff was very helpful and friendly. The optometrist was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in explaining everything i asked her about. James was phenomenal with his customer service and his wonderful and funny personality. He picked out the perfect frames for me and I could not be any more pleased. I left with a smile on my face! I will definitely be coming back to this location in the future. Fantastic job America's Best!!

I would describe America's Best in Griffin, Georgia as one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have encountered. The manager was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I waited nearly three hours for a follow-up appointment, which is unacceptable. The situation became even more frustrating when 1-800 Contacts called to verify my prescription. According to 1-800 Contacts, they were disconnected, and no one at the office was willing to provide the prescription information needed to complete my order. This caused unnecessary delays and significant inconvenience. I expect courtesy, professionalism, and basic customer service from a healthcare provider. Unfortunately, this location did not meet those expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend America's Best in Griffin, Georgia.

Staff was incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. My whole appointment only took about 30 minutes from arrival to completion. My salesperson Shelby helped me pick out frames that I liked and worked with me through my insurance to make sure I had everything I wanted and needed while staying within my budget.

My wife had an appointment today, when we got there I asked if I could get an appointment and I did,right then. We were there approximately two hours and left 100% satisfied. Everyone was professional, friendly, and on point. Especially Shelby our saleslady and everything was made simple and consistent.

Had appt at 12.20 wasnt seen till 2.45, I purchased a warranty on my glasses they did not honor it! . And they never called me when glasses were ready I had to call them .Will never do business with this location or buisness again! Stay away if you value customer service and place honors warranty you paid for I can only suggest.
