Doctor and support staff very professional and quick to support/answer questions without making us feel like they were rushing us out. Helpful staff in selecting the glasses and the order came in under a week which was great. The only part of the process not to my satisfaction was actually getting the glasses. Was greeted by 4 employees- told to take a seat and 15 minutes later had to ask “who is going to help us” as we were clearly forgotten at the assigned table . But 3/4 phases of the experience were stellar and great, so we will focus on that, and because of that- still giving 5 stars

I had an excellent experience with my eye exam at LensCrafters. The process was quick, organized, and very convenient doing it online. The staff was professional and explained everything clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence during the exam. Everything went perfectly without any issues. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and efficient service.

We’ve been patients of Dr. Mihajlovic for many years, and he’s the main reason our entire family continues to come back. My husband, my children, and I all trust him completely with our eye care. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and caring, and he always takes the time to answer questions and make sure we understand our options. Knowing we have a doctor we can truly trust gives us so much peace of mind. I’ve been wearing glasses for years, so I’ve been to a LOT of eye doctors and optical offices over time, and I can honestly say that my experience at Alafaya Vision Center and LensCrafters has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff makes you feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Everyone at the front desk is friendly, patient, and professional, and the doctors take their time explaining everything clearly instead of rushing through the appointment like many other places do. What really stands out to me is how much they truly care about their patients. They answer questions thoroughly, make recommendations based on what’s actually best for your eye health, and never make you feel pressured or uncomfortable. The doctors are incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and kind, and the staff always goes above and beyond to help with insurance questions, frame selections, appointments, and anything else you may need. You can tell they work hard to make sure every patient has a good experience. I’ve brought family members here as well, and every single visit has been positive. The office is clean, organized, professional, and runs efficiently, which is something that’s honestly hard to find these days. Even when they’re busy, the team still treats patients with patience and respect. I also really appreciate how thorough the exams are because eye health is important, and I’d rather go somewhere that takes the time to do a complete and detailed evaluation than somewhere that rushes people in and out.

I cannot say enough good things about everyone at the Alafaya Vision Center. Their customer service is beyond reproach. They helped me immensely with an eye re-exam after I suffered a back injury. They scheduled me asap and were absolutely pleasant to work with. Thank you so much for your compassion.
