Took family here to replace lost pass. Fantastic, welcoming, friendly staff! Clean, modern and fast service, visited Friday late afternoon. Thank you again for your valuable time and dedicated help! Go TWU 100!

The process is very slow and disorganized. I have been here since 8am and I see numbers are jumping all over the place. It seems like they live to take their time processing paperwork and medical. I see people are getting upset and angry. They need to hire more people to handle the hiring process. They finally called me number around 430 pm and the process took only less than an hour. Eight hours of waiting time for 45 minutes of processing. What a waste.

Slow, understaffed and the staff quality is awful. Half of them whisper names calling people up, expect your appointment time to take half the day minimum. Each step takes 2-4 hours. Awful experience and same result each time I’m here
