I’ve been a long time client at Associate Ophthalmologists and wanted to share my great experience. The staff is friendly, helpful and have been accommodating to meet my schedules needs. While I usually see Dr. Schepps - who is poised, professional, comforting - I have also seen Dr. Blackman who was efficient and listened carefully to my concerns. The receptionists have been equally welcoming, and I highly suggest this practice!

I’ve had an excellent experience with Associate Ophthalmologists and can’t say enough good things about Dr. Shepps and the entire team, especially Tamika and Yvonne. Even when the office is clearly busy and under pressure, they maintain a smooth, considerate, and welcoming practice. Everyone has consistently gone above and beyond to accommodate schedule changes and has always been proactive and communicative. The care I received before and after my procedure was both highly professional and genuinely personal, which made the entire experience much easier and more comfortable. It’s clear that Dr. Shepps and his team truly care about their patients, and I’m very grateful for the outstanding support and attention I received. I highly recommend Associate Ophthalmologists to anyone seeking exceptional eye care.
Doctor is nice, techs are the nicest, front desk is possibly the rudest, most curt and impatient front desk I've encountered at a doctor's office yet. Will not return solely for that reason alone. They made is difficult to ask basic questions and cut you off for trying to get clarification. Absolutely not with the hassle. ,
Dr Shepp’s team was wonderful for my cataract surgery ! I was very nervous and dr shepp was very calming and the surgery was seamless and quick . I would like to give extra thanks to Tamika who was helpful when I found out my pharmacy ran out of prednisone drops and I was frantic about what to do and where to find another place. I must have call her a zillion time for help!
Arrived to the appointment 10 minutes early and waited for an hour to be seen. Staff was less than pleasant left as I could not wait anymore. I am sure they would not see a patient that was an hour late. I should also mention that I encountered rudeness on the phone as well. Multiple reviewers note how unprofessional the staff is, too bad this practice tolerates this kind of employee behavior. No doubt it is costing them money and reputation.
