Came in recently to pick up glasses, as well as drop off a pair of frames I bought and pay for lenses. No one bothered to see that I checked in. I sat there for about 10-15 just for them to say oh sign in. I already did a while ago, Told them I came to pick up my glasses. I wait, and one of the ladies in the front goes to get them. They bring them out and they just start talking to me about how they don't close all the way. How much the cost will be for the other pair, and if I wanted card or cash all this stuff at once. I ask "they don't close?" What do you mean and then they just both start trying to talk to me again. I get overwhelmed and tell them to please speak one at a time. It honestly made my head hurt. The glasses don't close. This hasn't happened before so I'm a little upset. They see that but don't bother to explain. They are the same frames as the last pair I had. So I'm very disappointed in that part. I asked if they could fix them but one said "no I don't think we can". Another issue was they didn't really ask if they fit okay. I wasn't able to look and see how they fit in the glasses section of the office. They didn't bother to ask if I wanted/needed to, but it would of been nice. I'm very disappointed at this point and I'm overwhelmed from them talking to me all at once. The 3rd lady in the front just kept staring at me and made me feel very uncomfortable. I finished up paying and just left. I don't think I will be returning once I get my other pair of glasses. I felt very uncomfortable, overwhelmed and disappointed by the front staff.

I tried calling multiple times to schedule an appointment and was left on hold for over 20 minutes. The staff didn’t answer my calls promptly, so I decided to look for a new doctor. Their office is very outdated.The eye doctor is very nice, but the front desk staff are difficult to work with.

Doctor is very nice and explains everything great, but the front staff is not very helpful. I ordered contacts on Dec and I just got them today February 10. They lied about placing the order, and when I would call and ask about an update they would blame it on the weather or it being backed ordered. Never again will I come here.

My entire family and a few friends are now with Dr.Uyemura’s practice. My mom just recently went and she is so pleased with this office. Her and my brother had such a nice experience. They called and got a very quick appt. Doctor is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

Just called the front office to schedule an appointment for my children. New patients. The attitude of the front desk lady was appalling. I have never come across a ruder employee for a medical office. I would suggest finding a new receptionist if you want this business to prosper. She was a horror to speak to. Absolutely disgusted by the professionalism of this office. You have lost three new patients. Do better!
