PREDATORY BUSINESS PRACTICES AND DISCRIMINATORY SERVICE AT 3733 W SHAW AVE. I am trying to pick up my contact lenses, which I have already paid for via insurance with no copay. Despite this, your store is attempting to charge me $40.00 for items that should be free. Furthermore, I am a disabled individual on a fixed income, and your management is refusing to assist me, using aggressive gatekeeping to block me from receiving my property. They are refusing to hand over my lenses and are instead forcing an unnecessary appointment weeks out, despite having the time to assist me today. This is blatant discrimination against a disabled, insured customer. I am demanding an immediate reversal of these predatory charges and that a manager authorizes the release of my lenses today. If this is not resolved, I will be escalating this as a formal complaint regarding predatory practices and disability discrimination.

Eduardo and Jennifer were amazing they went above and beyond to assist my daughter, we are from out of town and Eduardo made accommodations to help us. What a life saver!!! They need a raise and a promotion! Extremely grateful, this is why we love Americas best. Best employees! Thank you both.

Just left store. Great customer service. Greeted as we entered store. Salesman was very helpful. Also girl at counter. Sorry forgot her name. First went to store on Blackstone an shaw. That location was not helpful at all. This location must better. Very happy with this location 😊

Perfect customer service and gave me my sight back and then some. I highly recommend this place for all your glasses and contact needs. They will work with you personally with any issue you may have .

My husband and I both had appointments on the same day. They called me within about 5 minutes and then my husband when my exam was done. After both of us had our exams we were taken out front again to choose the frames. They have a pretty big selection of frames to choose from, including designer frames. Once we chose the frames we chose our options (progressive, transition, etc), paid and was told it would take about 2 weeks to get them in. They called us less than 2 weeks later to tell us they were in. Today we went to pick them up. We were in and out within 15 minutes. The entire staff is friendly and very efficient. They even matched my glasses case to my new frames.
