Very efficient way of doing cataract evaluations. I found the staff very friendly from the moment i walked in to the moment i left. All my questions and concerns were answered fully. From my own experience there, i would recommend them.

I had an excellent experience with Dr Burns and assistant (Audrey I believe) that saw me. Audrey did the eye exam and was very friendly and did excellent with my autistic daughter who was seen at the same time as me. The only negative thing I can say is that I had a 1:00pm appointment and I didn’t get called back until about 2:15. That is an excessive wait time when patients are expected to be on time.
Very Rude person checked us in & basically made us feel like we were bothering her. Wait time was not to bad so that was nice. First time being here & the Dr wasn’t with us very long at all. Went to check out, one lady was playing on her phone while the young lady was doing all the work. For being new to NC, not sure this is the “Southern Hospitality” they claim to be famous for. Not sure I’ll be going back.
Love Dr burns once he’s in the office it’s always so quick It’s the timely appt that’s always the issue. Appt was at 1:45 got there at 1:30. Front desk lady talking and gossiping. Not pulled back to tech till 2:15 not seen by Dr burns till 2:40 walked out of office (with checking out & making next years appt) at 2:45.
I checked in for my 10:45 appointment around 10:20. I waited over an hour because my check-in paperwork somehow got misplaced. I will say the issue was taken care of in a timely manner. The staff was very caring and professional regardless of the mishap.
