Walmart Vision Center

This particular vision center in Elizabeth City, NC has poor customer service and poor quality eyeglasses. My eye glasses were “scratched “ (actually, the protective finish was wearing off). They told me it was because I reused a cleaning cloth. That’s crazy. I’ve been wearing and cleaning glasses the same way for 35 years. They also wanted to charge me full price to replace the lenses and $20 to use the same frame 😳. I will order on line at glasses USA or Zenni. And, I was treated very rudely. Don’t go here for eyeglasses

I had a wonderful experience at the Walmart Vision Center! Calee and Anna were extremely helpful in my search for new frames and were both very friendly. I'm excited to come back and pick up my new glasses!

In order to find a satisfactory optical shop, I traveled all over the area and even Virginia Beach. Only their price is the most affordable, the variety of frames is the largest, and the service is the best. Their service is much better than those having good reviews optical shops. In the future, I will choose to make all the glasses of me and my family here.I appreciate

My whole family depends on these skilled professionals to help choose frames and to keep us knowledgeable of new information and trends. We have been with them for at least 14 years and have never incurred a problem that they could not fix. If we have questions or concerns, they are always attentive, concerned, and kind. They are one of our blessings!

I have really liked this place when I have been lucky enough to catch them open. They they have no set hours for lunch, yet they close the entire place randomly for an hour each day. I am a small business owner, and have closed my office for lunch many times before. However this was always a set time and was the same each day, which was communicated with our customers. It is now 2:20 in the afternoon and the sign says theywill be back at 10 minutes to 3:00. Again, you never know when they'll be open or closed.
