The wait time was minimally normal. Very pleasant and conerened staff when finding a discrepancy in my record. Thorough exam. Dr Burns chatted with me for a couple minutes than right to work. Discussed my concerns and answered my questions completely and unhurried. But still wasted no time. I'm completely happy with my visit.

Had a little bit of a wait before being seen but the staff were courteous and handled my concerns like they were their own. Great experience! Highly recommend

Techs and doctor are great. The wait time was ridiculous. I had a 9:45 AM appointment. Was checked in and paid by 9:38 AM. I was still in the main waiting room until shortly after 10:30 AM(!). I had to bring a driver with me so they were stuck too.

Having an appointment with Dr. Burns never causes any anxiety!!! The staff is always pleasant and welcoming. I enjoy visiting with the tech and Dr. Burns has a.manner that makes me feel as if I am seeing a friend again after a year's passing.

From the start, my experience was very positive. The staff member at the front desk greeted me warmly, she was courteous, friendly, pleasant and she kept things moving quickly. The technician who iinitially took care of me was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and competent. Doctor Burns was very kind, understanding, and he answered all of my questions. In the end, I have a new prescription and my vision is better.
