Dr. Berry and his staff are Totally AWESOME. Dr. Berry is Kind, Compassionate and very Thourough. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an Eye Dr. And by the way, Shannon with Scheduling is the BEST!!!!!!!
Dr.Coy, Topher, Brianna, and Hannah are so courteous and kind. Very professional. They will continue to have my business. The parking lot is a disgrace for the handicapped and seniors. Very dangerous and only 2 handicapped parking spots. My walker wouldn't roll across the rocky asphalt.
The most complete eye exam I have had in the last 10 years. I’ll be returning for my annual exam. Doctor Berry is very thorough, took time to explain what he was doing and to answer my questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all.
I have been visiting this clinic with my entire family for about eight years, and overall the clinic is excellent. The doctors and the rest of the staff have always been very professional and kind. However, my recent experience with the front desk was disappointing. I scheduled a routine eye exam for my 7-year-old child. His mother took him to the appointment, but they were sent back because there was no interpreter available. The appointment was rescheduled for the following week. When I took him to the new appointment, I arrived about 10 minutes late due to heavy traffic, even though I had left home early. Unfortunately, the receptionist did not try to understand the situation or listen to my explanation and immediately canceled the appointment. Because of this lack of respect and understanding, I canceled all appointments for myself and my family and decided not to return. It is unfortunate that a new staff member at the front desk, who does not seem to know how to treat patients respectfully, caused us to leave after many years. Despite this experience, I still believe the clinic itself provides excellent care,
