This was the most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had. Dr. Martinez took the time to explain what was happening with my vision and made me feel understood instead of rushed through the appointment. You can tell this is an area she’s passionate about, and it made a difference in the quality of care. The rest of the staff was also incredibly kind and welcoming throughout the whole experience.
We’ve been taking our daughter here for a year now and the staff there is amazing. The optometrist is awesome at your job and the front desk employees help out with everything. I couldn’t have picked a better place. I love how advanced their technology and knowledge is so they can give you the right prescription.
I had such a great experience at Eyes of New Mexico! From the second I walked in, Jenny at the front made me feel so welcome she was kind, patient, and super helpful with everything I needed. Ray, who helped with my eye problem, was amazing. He made me feel completely comfortable and really took the time to explain what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. You can tell they all genuinely care about helping people and take pride in what they do. Both Jenny and Ray went above and beyond and that kind of care honestly makes all the difference. I left feeling taken care of and really grateful. Highly recommend Eyes of New Mexico and their awesome team! 👁💙
