The Front Desk is horrible. They they are rude and mean and they work really slow slowly. I like working with Fred, but the rest of the people are rude and mean. I wish they still had Doctor Rivera there. He was so good. I asked for a supervisor and instead got some Front Desk Person telling me Off in the waiting room. This is not Patient center care. They need a manager.

Dr. Sofinski is a very knowledgeable and caring eye doctor. She answered every question I had, and her staff reflected a high level of care.
