I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Aliso Hills Optometric Group with Dr. Nguyen! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The office is modern, clean, and well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Nguyen was incredible--so professional, friendly, and thorough. She took the time to explain every step of the eye exam process, making sure I understood the results and addressing all of my questions. Her expertise was evident, and I felt like I was in excellent hands throughout the entire appointment. What really stood out to me was how personalized the experience felt. Dr. Nguyen took the time to discuss my lifestyle and specific needs when recommending glasses or contact lenses, which I truly appreciated. I also loved the wide selection of frames they offer--it was hard to pick just one! Overall, I highly recommend Aliso Hills Optometric Group to anyone looking for top-notch eye care. Dr. Nguyen and the team are outstanding, and I'll definitely be returning for future visits.

Dr. Nguyen and the entire team delivered outstanding bedside manner type service. I have never been to an optometrist and I was not expecting to be welcomed so warmly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area.

On 2/5/25 around 10:00 am, I was waiting in the waiting room at the Nellie Gail urgent care. As I am waiting to be seen, Dr. LeThuy Tanya Nguyen, an unhinged doctor, comes in very abruptly from the Aliso Hills Optometric Group next door and impatiently begins to knock on the plexiglass that divides the front desk and the waiting room. She then proceeds to come into another doctor’s office and yell loudly to the receptionist and doctors about personal complaints in front of many patients. Patients in the waiting room were actively trying to tell her to remain calm and that this was too unacceptable and unprofessional. As said from others this is not the first time this has happened. This was completely unexpected and unprofessionally coming from a doctor of 20 years experience. Not only was it uncomfortable, but it also felt extremely disrespectful to the other doctor and their patients who were just trying to have a visit. It's concerning when a medical professional behaves in such an unprofessional manner, especially in front of vulnerable patients. I expected a higher standard of conduct, and this interaction left me questioning the overall professionalism of the staff.
