I usually buy my glasses/sunglasses at Warby Parker online but saw they had a location close to me with an option to book an eye exam. Booking online was easy and I was able to get an appt within the same week. The staff was courteous and friendly. I booked a comprehensive exam that included retinal imaging. The eye Dr was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and never rushed the appt. I will definitely go back for an annual exam.

Customer service is 5 stars! Alyssa, Ethan, and two other employees were helpful and patient as I shopped for sunglasses (no prescription, I have 20/20 vision). Zero pressure, answered my dozens of questions, knowledgable of the sizes, lenses, gradients, and polarizations of the different sunglasses I tried on. The best part of my experience was that they let me go outside with multiple pairs of glasses to see how well or poorly they blocked the sun and what the different color lenses looked like. Product availability is 4 stars. I wanted to leave with a pair of sunglasses since I had lost mine the day before. They sold me the display pair of sunglasses that I liked since there were no others in stock. I understand that there are endless variations but at least 5 pairs of sunglasses that I liked and would have purchased were not in stock. In addition to the pair I bought, I ordered a second pair with the help of Alyssa and those will come in the mail. As a customer with a long list of specifications for my sunglasses, I found what I was looking for and felt taken care of. This was my first purchase of a Warby Parker product and I liked it!
